General/Other Construction Consulting Services
Further to the above services, Thrassou Bros & Associates can offer a range of others to accommodate the needs of individual Clients and Projects. Thrassou Bros may hence:
- Assist in the initial business decisions regarding land development and the choice of type of development, process of design, construction contracts etc.
- Act as general construction consultants at the side of the Client, independent from other consultants (architects, engineers etc), as additional advisors and/or to monitor the whole design and construction process.
Contribute in decision making processes involving land/location choice, regulations, laws, limitations, potentialities and other factors relating to the construction industry.- Introduce and/or act as coordinators of various parties (land owners, investors, construction consultants, contractors, business people, authorities, organisations etc.) towards the realisation of a Project.
- Undertake the responsibility to organise a comprehensive consultants team, including also non-TBA professionals, to undertake all design aspects of a Project.
- Any other task relating to the construction industry, within existing regulations, laws and ethical conduct.
